- Neck: upward movements (lifting) and downward movements (draining)
- Jawline: glide from the chin towards the ears
- Cheeks: glide from the sides of the nose towards the temples
- Eye area: glide gently from the inner corner outwards
- Forehead: glide from the eyebrows towards the hairline
- Legs: apply firm upward strokes, especially on targeted areas such as the outer and inner thighs
- Back / Chest / Shoulders: use gentle massage strokes
